School Readiness

FMEF, in partnership with FIRST 5 Santa Clara County, has implemented the Care Management Program. Through linkages with early education, health and human services, and family support providers, as well as elementary schools in the Franklin McKinley School District, families with children ages 0-5 are connected to resources to ensure school readiness. Alternative Education Collaborative (AEC)

The Alternative Education Collaborative is a collaboration led by FMEF, United Way Silicon Valley and its partners in an effort to improve the educational options and outcomes for Near Drop-Out and Out of School Youth.
